With the transformative theme “From Pressure to Power: Unveiling the Pearl Within,” we’re diving deep into the powerful journey of becoming—how the very pressures meant to break us actually prepare us to shine.

Like pearls, our radiance is not instant. It’s formed through struggling in silence, and the hidden work of healing. This brunch honors that process—the quiet strength it takes to endure, the courage it takes to grow, and the undeniable power revealed when a woman fully embraces who she was always meant to be.

We are honored to welcome Latisha Howard as our keynote speaker—a trailblazing Law Enforcement Leader, dynamic Keynote Speaker, Founder and Visionary of She Was Me, and author of ROAR. Her story and strength will stir your soul, ignite your faith, and awaken the hidden pearl within.

Our Pearl Talk Panel will offer raw, life-giving conversations facilitated by Lisa M. Drake, as we hear from:
